The Founding Story: How It Began
In 2024, a chance encounter with an American tourist in Morocco sparked a profound realization. We spoke at length about his spiritual journey—from atheism to embracing Islam and his absolute conviction that it is the true faith. However, what struck me most during our conversation was his articulation of one of the greatest challenges facing new Muslims and non-Arabic speakers: the weakness and poor quality of guiding Islamic content available in English, often scattered between harsh interpretations and fanatical ideas that obscure the pristine, tolerant core of Islam.
As a researcher in Islamic Jurisprudence and Legal Sciences with a solid background in digital content management, this testimony was not merely a passing story. It was a catalyst to seek divine reward through a spontaneous initiative, even with modest resources.
Thus, in 2026, the vision for Islam Lucid came to life. It was launched to serve as a lucid, accessible beacon for anyone seeking a pure understanding of Islamic values, far removed from ambiguity and extremism.
